Question
Pain all over my body. Pain in head, low back, neck, shoulders and knees is most severe. I have severe sleep disorder. The pain is burning, stiffed, numbing, cramping. Swollen in calves in the evening. Daily activities are reduced significantly and I can't do many of them.

MRI results: 1. Vertebral bodies are remarkable for circumferential end plate spurring at L5-S1 with subjacent degenerative reactive changes of the marrow of L5 and S1. Loss of height and signal of the L5-S1 disc space.

2. Diffuse posterior protrusion of a degenerated L5-S1 disc.

3. diffuse posterior bulging of the C5-6 and C6-7 discs and midline posterior bulging at C3-4. Vertebral bodies are remarkable for circumferential end plate spurring at C5-6 and mild to moderate circumferential end plate spurring at C6-7.

4.Circumferential end plate spurring at C6-7 with some degenerative disc space narrowing at this level.

5. There is an apparent rotatory scolosis of cervical spine, convexed left.

6.T12-L1, L1-2, L2-3, L3-4, L4-5 : disc height, hydration, and contour are preserved. Central canal, lateral recesses, and neural foramina are patent. At L4-5: facet arthritis

7. L5-S1: disc desiccation, loss of disc height, and posterior annular tear. Facet arthritis and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. No central, lateral recess, or foraminal stenosis.

8. Disc space narrowing at the C3 through C7 disc levels. although most noticeable at C6-7. Mild to moderate disc desiccation is noted through out the cervical spine.

9. There is straightening of the cervical lordotic curvature.

10. There is posterior annular disc bulging/diffuse endplate spurring at C3-4, C4-5, C5-6 and C6-7 disc level
