Question
what is the type of arthritis called that flares up when bad weather or storm occurs? And what is the age of a person that often is diagnosed with this type?
thanks

Answer
Amber,

Any type of arthritis can be effected by weather changes. There is no specific age associated with a diagnosis of arthritis. Virtually every type of arthritis if found in people of all ages including children. Osteoarthritis is found mostly in people over 50. Rheumatoid arthritis is diagnosed mostly in peoples 30's. But both as well as all the other types can be diagnosed at any age.

I wish you well.

Rusty
