Question
I've just discovered that I have RA factor 16 IU/ml and uric acid high. Plz advice me what to do n' eat as doctor gave me some apin killers vitamin calcium tabs etc.

Dear Ali,    I can't tell exactly how high you RA factor test is because my lab and my lab book are not in IU/ml, so I can't help you much there only to say for rheumatiod arthritis, food or different food are NOT going to help...  Only medication will help for rheumatoid arthritis....

As for your high uric acid, this can/will cause GOUT....  Here is a web site that will help you on what to do for gout and high uric acid content in the blood....
