Does cracking your knuckles give you arthritis? I was just wondering because I crack mine al the time.

DearKelsey,   In order to get Rheumatoid Arthritis you must have the Rheumatoid Factor in your blood....  Osteoarthritis is the wearing of carteledge between the joints....

There is no evidence that cracking your knuckles will give you arthritis, but it can cause soreness and inflammation of the joints....
