Question
I did some heavy duty carpentry work three to four months ago.  I strained my right arm below the elbow and upper inside of the shoulder.  Certain movements indicate that it isn't rotater(sp) cuff syndrome (or is it?.  It won't go away.  It is sore and aches constantly.  I can move my arms up and down and sideways, but the right one really hurts with a lateral movement when elbow is at a right angle to the body.  What exercise do you recommend for this? Thanks,

Charles V. Bryant

Answer
Dear Charles,  I do not recommend any exercise at this point...  What I do recommend is that you see an Orthopedic specialist, have it properly examined and x-rayed to get a proper diagnosis and once this is done, if you need certain exercises or physical therapy the doctor will tell you.....

thank you,   karen
