Humira and Tetracycline

Question
I recently (6 weeks) started taking Humeria for Rheumatoid Arthritis and also saw a Dermatologist for a skin condition I had before I was diagnosed with arthritis.
My Dermatologist gave me a prescription for Tetracycline and said it would be ok with the Humira. I have also read that you were not supposed to take Humira with an antibiotic.

Answer
Nancy,

I double checked the literature to make sure and there are not warnings about taking Humira with antibiotics. In fact many people who take Humira have to take antibiotic frequently because of infections caused by the weaken immune system that Humria causes.
