Answer
Dear Kumar,

This Orthopedic Chicago Podiatrist located in West Loop 60661, Roscoe Village 60618, Ukrainian Village 60622, Elmhurst 60126 & Bartlett 60103 says,

All joints wear out in the body over time. Gentle to moderate exercise increases the lubrication in a joint-to allow it to move better & not be stiff. As we get older, this fluid gets thinner, but exercise will increase the lubrication of the joint. Most important is not to be overweight. Also vary the speed & terrain-enough to make make you a little sore. This soreness should go away as soon as you begin exercising. If not, rest a few more days. Body needs exercise & rest-everyone is different-listen to your body.
Hope this Helps and  & Good Luck!
