Answer
This Chicago & Elmhurst Podiatrist says.......

Dear Ali,

There is no medicine to increase height.
You are taller in the morning and as the day goes on you shrink a little due to exercise. Yoga type exercises may allow you to maintain more of your morning height. The effects of exercise will be minimal in maintaining height-but other benefits exist.
There is a surgery to lengthen legs-but it is known to have potential complications-and is best used when one leg is shorter than the other.

Hope This Helps
Good Luck!
