Question
Thanks so much for your excellent advice. I don't think I was clear. I want him to be stabbed in the upper chest. I think of that area as the shoulder. Right below his earlobe. Is there bone there too? Would the scissors penetrate all the way in?

That would be the neck,that could be very serious and fatal if it struck the carotid artery..artery about the size of your pinky that runs down each side of neck..if you hit this it would spurt for sure and you would be dead w/i a couple of mins.If you missed it there is a lot of muscles there,so the knife/scissors would not fall out
