rotator cuff tear and factures

Question
i was told by the er dock that i had ruputered my rotator cuff and did tear the joint with factures they say they cant fix it due to the risk of a history of ostyomilites and a heart attack
my qustion is  if it healed and the infection is contained to my leg .i had a heart attack cause i was so septic from my leg . i had knee surgery and no problem fellowed with a heavey course of  cipro 500 mg 2 time a day and my knee healed fine i was told that it went well i was back on my feet with in 3 weeks doing what i loved to do ,my problem is they said i was a risk factor due to antibiotic reaction he said that there was no way that they would ever fix it or it could be fixed with out the use of my right arm it cause me to have problems such as writen now i believe in one thing if it can be fixed i am willing to sing waver cause i know if i get the same infection i will fly to india and save my self once again.i am seeking a answer is this possible to have done and be able to be fixed ? and if so were should i start looking to find the right help i need to restore my life back to were i was befour the accident . and asult . i know what i done but i dont know my options it drawing up causing pain to the point i cant stand it i am willing to do what ever it take to be drug free i hate medication if i can fix the problem and move on with out pain med i am willing to do so  i love to work but right now i cant even do that . i am seeking sound advice i can even forward what medical records i do have and dont know how to get the other

For your torn tendon---
Your best bet is to seek an orthopedic consult from a shoulder specialist.
Not knocking the E.R. doc, but the E.R. doc does emergencies----not complicated orthopedic surgeries. Start to get copies of all your medical records and put them on your computer to put on a disc and make easy to travel with. Perhaps your records are available electronically. Check with the places you had care at.
