Question
Have been having some pain on my upper left shoulder and neck area as if someone is poking me with a hot stick or needle.
would a pinch nerve be the problem?
Sometime back i had a message done on this area and it work for awhile.
Now i feel like why not try a ciropractor.
any advise will help.
Regards
Bobby

Answer
Dear Bobby:
It does sound like it could be "pinched nerve". With a subluxation (vertebrae out of alignment) you can get nerve root irritation which could cause pain and muscle spasm. The massage can feel good, but not correct the spinal problem. Find a good local chiropractor and give it a 3 week try to see if it could help. You should start to notice relief during that period of time, but may need a little longer to get complete correction.
Good Luck,
