Left side of face tingling

Question
Hi,
For the past few months, I have not felt like myself.  First I started having chest pressure, and reflux.  Had upper gi, abd. u/s, chest xray, and an echo done.  Doc put me on zantac for the last 5 weeks, and it has improved, but still feel throat pressure sometimes.  Also, a month ago, I had some sciatic nerve pain, for only 2 days.  Then, 2 weeks ago, I was leaning on my arm at the computer, and suddenly my pinky and ring finger got numb, and have had tingling and pins and needles in my hands and feet off and on for the last two weeks.  Could the ulnar nerve cause the hand and feet tingling?  What's worrying me most right now is that the left side of my face is now tingling all over, so I'm wondering if the ulnar nerve could cause this as well, or could it be another nerve causing this problem.  I have felt the facial tingling for a week now.  I did wake with a kink in my neck about a week and a half ago as well.  Thanks for any help.  Lisa

Answer
Lisa,
It sounds like you have multiple nerves being affected at the same time.  I would suggest a visit to an upper cervical doctor of chiropractic to assess your brainstem.  Your brainstem consists of all of the nerves of the body below.  If there is pressure on the brainstem from the C1 or C2 vertebra being subluxated, then you may be experiencing any number of symptoms at various levels, which seems to be the case with here.
If you tell me what city you are closest to and what state you live in, I can try to locate an Upper Cervical Chiropractor for you, that is hopefully not too far from home. There are less than 1000 doctors in the world that do this work properly, so I can try to help you with finding one.
