Numbess of end of tongue

Question
I have a numbness on the end of my tongue but it also gives off a burning affect and gets worse when I eat. I have just recently had a very bad cold that lasted a few weeks and was treated with antibiotic (Amoxcin) I am also getting pains in the back of my neck and ear ache that lead to very severe headaches at times. It's most very annoying that I can't feel my teeth with my tongue and it is feels very odd. Is there a cure for this please!

Answer
I would suggest you see your family doctor for this ASAP, with possible referral to a specialist.  Numbness in ANY part of the body is not normal.  Having numbness in the tongue and other symptoms related to the head an neck warrant a specialist, even to say there is nothing wrong
