Question
Hi Doctor,
Lately i got my MRI of Cervical spine done. The report shows-
1) C4-C5: Small posteriocentral disc protrusion causing mild thecal indentation
2) C5-C6: Small posteriocentral disc protrusion causing mild thecal indentation
3) C6-C7: Small posteriocentral disc protrusion causing mild thecal indentation
I am experiencing severe pain in back side of my head and severe neck pain. Also i feel like vomiting when the headache starts. I have itching in my eyes and my body is warm as compared to others.
Please suggest some solution to my problem.

Thanks in advance

Regards

Answer
I am not sure if you have chiropractors in india , but you should try it. herniations are permanent injuries. this does not mean you will be in pain for the rest of your life though. try to find a US trained chiropractor. this will also help with your headaches. for the headaches and neck pain you can also try massage that focus' on your neck and shoulders. and your muscles along the bottom and back of you skull. they are called your sub-occipital muscles.
