Hello i have a bulging disk in my spine that have reinjured the Other day i had a tire blow out on my car And hit a curve And been having pain in spine area where the disk is I guess i reaggravtes it I having burning pain and bruised feeling I been putting ice pack on It But my concern  feeling kind of weak should i be  concern Thank you Carolyn

Bulging discs usually come from overcontracted back muscles, as does most back pain.

That sounds like what you have.
