shoulder pain and dizziness

Question
Hi!  I have suffered for some time with a burning pain from the top of my right shoulder(near my neck) all down along my shoulder blade.  Also there is what my fiance has coined a "perma-knot" there that massage only works away for a few hours.  Recently I have been suffering from a severe case of what can only be described as "medicine head", a light, dizzy feeling in my head.  My back ALWAYS hurts, and I wanted to try chiropractic.  Do you think it could help?  Physical therapy doesn't work, and massage is only a temporary fix.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Answer
good, at least you've already figured out what DOESN'T work. now for the reason- none of it actually corrects the cause of your problems. now for what does- chiropractic. i'm not talking about spinal manipulation, though, that is also commonly thought to be chiropractic. i'm talking about precise correction of the cause of your nerve interference. for that, i recommend you seek out an HIO METHOD chiropractor. i would accept no substitutes. your shoulder and scapular pain are manifestations of part of your nerve interference pattern involving the suprascapular nerve, fifth cervical nerve root. this level is also associated with vascular disturbances to the head. HOWEVER, don't get preoccupied with these details/effects. they do not hold the key to getting you well. your body will deal with them naturally once the cause of your interference pattern (your ATLAS MISALIGNMENT) is corrected.
