Question
Hi!  Can your hips/lower back being out (and needing an adjustment) cause tingling in your leg and foot and possible cause your ankle to swell?

Answer
being out, yes. needing an adjustment, no. if your upper neck is in place, symptoms from strain produced misalignment or aggravation of pre-existing misalignment will soon resolve on their own naturally. it is the upper neck alignment which determines the alignment of all else, including the low back, on any long term basis.in other words, if your upper neck is out of alignment, no amount of bopping your hips and low back will fix them. i recommend you find an HIO METHOD chiropractor.
