I have a really bad top half of my back, its worst round the top of my right shoulder and kneck, it feels like i need to have my kneck clicked into place. What should i do?

  Sorry it took a little while to get back to you, I was out of town for the 4th of July.  You may want to have a chiropractic exam done.  This will find the cause of the neck and shoulder pain, also determine what kind of treatment will help you.
