Question
I suffered an L1 Compression fracture a little over three years ago on a military parachuting operation.  Sometimes it feels fine, and sometimes, such as when I wake up, it feels like the night that it occurred.  Will this happen for the rest of my life or is there hope that it will go away

Answer
When a compression fracture occurs, the soft tissues surrounding it also :compress"; the fascia, a covering on muscles, can distort, and can lead to a change in mechanics.  A good chiropractor should be able to asses this, and help restore the proper mechanics.
