QUESTION: i just had an Mr of my neck,the report says i have straightening of the cervical lordosis,multi level cervical spondylosis,moderate central stenosis,severe foraminal narrowing,also c2-3 central disc protrusion with minimal contact of the ventral cord.c6-7 there is a paracental disk protrusion with cord flatteniing and disc desiccation. all discs have uncovertebral spurring and disc protrosion

I am not sure what your question is. Based on your MRI results I would advise you consult with your orthopedic surgeon to discuss possible non invasive forms of therapy.  You have some serious degenerative changes in your neck that should be managed.

QUESTION: thank you for your quick response! my question is, can this be disabling im 39 now an work in the constuction trade comm. spraying(painting)reppetetive neck motion,above head looking up. also i was injured at work in may,surgery was done.right shoulder rotor cuff,slap tear.because of constant pain in my back neck arm.fingers and arm go numb,constant pain under my right scappula. just received test results from emg of right shoulder/back.  motor nerve w/f wave 2. sensory nerve cond. 12. could there also be nerve damage.thanks for any suggestions you can tell me. both the mri(sept.2) and emg (oct. 1)results havent been diagnosed by my doctor (workers comp.) they just leave waiting!

I think that you are asking if you suffer from any nerve damage. Because you are experiencing some numbness, yes I do believe you are experiencing some nerve damage. There is a lot of things going on with your neck and shoulder. Your previous MRI indicated degenerative changes in your cervical spine including a disc protrusion which can impinge on the nerves which exit your spine. Your job requirements can increase your symptoms as it does cause increased pressure on your spine. You should begin with some conservative treatments, to help maintain your range of motion and increase your muscular endurance.
