Question
Im 55 and have worked at my desk for many years in front of a computer during tax season for over 14 hours daily (Jan- April 15). Hence I have just found out I have no neck curvature. How do I help myself. Im seeing a chiro here in Calif. The only exercise i have at home is to lie on a rolled up towel about 3-4 inches high, (soft) for 10 min. 3x daily. Just got x-ray, and it up and down. will I ever see improvement? What else can i do? I see him now 2x a week. But tax season is only 3 months away! I would greatly appreciate any advise, help from you.
Thanking you in advance.  PS: I dont know if Im seating right, for example, in front of my computer....

Answer
well your cod gave you a good exercise. it takes years sometimes to get correct curve in neck. stretch your chest muscles and strengthen your upper back/ rotator cuff musles.
then take your computer and raise the screen so the BOTTOM of the monitor is at EYE level when you are sitting.\
