Question
I've had neck problems over the last two years. It started with bad neck spasms with constant vomiting and headaches. I was told in was just the muscle straightening the neck was the cause. Then i have numbness in my right arm and constant neck discomfort. Now after X-rays and mri s they tell me i have c5-c6 disk bulging. My doctor never explained anything . what is this and how can i make it better if i can ???? And What could have caused  it

Answer
A disc bulge is just that, the disc is bulging and is most likely irritating the nerve, thus possibly causing the numbness.  I can't be 100% sure with a proper exam, but this can happen from the simplest accident.  The muscles that are in spasm cause a lot of tension in the neck and even the skull, causing the headaches and even the nausea.  It is difficult to describe everything in this forum, what I suggest find a chiropractor in your area.  I am a member of a group that is located all over the U.S. and I recommend them to everyone that writes.  Go to www.sorsi.com.  I am in St. Paul, Minnesota and would be happy to see you.  If you have any other questions or concerns please email me.
