Question
what does this mean ( subject ) because i have just been diagnosis with this and also with snapping scapular syndrome in both shoulders and i am 25 years old

Answer
David,

It means that your back and shoulder muscles are so tight that they're pulling vertebrae together, compressing discs, and causing them to bulge.  Snapping scapulae indicate the same problem and taut tendons.
