Question
I have been in two car accidents. The first left me with "serve Muscle spasms in T6-T7" that what the doc said is the reason it hurts so bad. In Oct i was in the 2nd one which left me with pain in the upper back and across the shoulders and neck with my left arm aching all the time and feels like it is starting to "fall asleep".I had an x-ray the doc's report said that everything was normal and an MRI on my neck and the report said "you neck MRI showed minimal degenerative changes which do not explain your level of pain hopefully the pain clinic will be able to help you" can anybody help me with what minimal degenerative means and what i should do.

Answer
Okay, you were in two traumas, and now you have pain.  Did you have issues before the accidents?

Let's start by syaing that t6 and t7 are spinal segments, and usually refer to the nerves at that level.   THe MRI was to rule out disc injury, which is common after accidents. It doesn't appear that that was your issue, as MRI is the definitive way to look at that.

Numbness and tingling, "asleepness" is caused by nerves, either not getting blood or oxygen to them.  It could be very likely that something outside the spine is causing the pains you feel.  have you tried a chiropractor who is certified in treating auto accident cases?  A good website to check is the San Diego Spine Research Institute...they have a pretty long list of docs who specialize in your types of injuries... there's a great chance that one of them could help you... too bad you aren't in Seattle... we'd help you here!
