Question
Dear Sir,
This is Sohaib. Actually I have been facing back pain from my child hood. It is some kind of muscle pain, as I have done my X-ray, that says, low bone density may be due to MYOSPASM. Nothing was in that X-ray more than this. Even my Doctor has started saying, you just need to visit some Psychiatrist!! and that I am now habitual of the pain....
One Doctor suggested this as not more than MUSCLE STIFFNESS. and this works too, but the complete pain is shifted to the neck. This hurts so much.
Please give me suggestions for what to do is the case..

Every report fails to Diagnose what is the main reason.
I will be looking for your reply

With Thanks and regards,
Sohaib

Answer
Dear Sohaib,

I'm truly sorry to hear about your situation.  I do think there is a possibility that I can offer you some techniques that may help you.

Even if what you have what your doctors describe as "myospasm" or "not more than muscle stiffness", this can cause pain as the tight muscles can affect the positions of bones and the nerves in that area.  So I do think your goal should be to release the tight muscle tissue and notice if your pain subsides.

I'm going to recommend visit my free website Do-It-Yourself-Joint-Pain-Relief.com
http://www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/
where I have videos for every single joint in the body.

I have pages for Lower Back Pain Relief,
http://www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/lower-back-pain-relief.html#.UyH
Middle Back Pain Relief
http://www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/middle-back-pain-relief.html#.Uy
Upper Back Pain Relief

and Neck Pain Relief

Pick any body area that you desire. Watch the videos and follow along.

Lastly, you might want to take double or triple doses of a Magnesium Potassium Aspartate supplement such as this,
http://www.amazon.com/Country-Life-potassium-aspartate-180-Count/dp/B000168HV2/r
since you may just need the raw materials that help your muscles relax on biochemical level.

I do think the above things may help you, so I do hope you'll give them a try.

All the best,

Gary Crowley
