my father has a severe form of rheumatoid arthritis, my son 16 years has just been to the doctors, he has been coughing blood for 3 months, I was totally unaware of this, he has had scans and now is going to start tests for rheumatoid arthritis, how can this be, he has no joint pain

I am very sorry to hear about your Son. Is he being tested for Rheumatoid Arthritis or is he having a RA test. RA factor plays a strong role in Rheumatoid Arthritis. RA Factor can be a symptom of many diseases.
