Question
Hi, I used a orbiting sander for about 21/2 hours and the next day my knuckles really ached, especially when I tried to close my fist tight. Could the repetetive motion caused some sort of swelling?

Dear Sigmund,   YES,  this type of physical activity will cause the joints in the hands to ache and to swell if they get inflammed enough.....  Soak them in warm water and take something like Advil, Motrin or any other type of Ibuprophen medication....  If you are allergic to Ibuprophen then take Tylenol or Asprin....
