ANSWER: This seems to be a description of classic sciatica. This problem can not be corrected with med's that are taken to decrease/eliminate pain.
Sciatica is caused by biomechanical imbalances in the spine and/or pelvis. Until they are corrected by a skilled chiropractor, they will only get worse, and cause more damage to the effected/surrounding tissues.

QUESTION: hello Dr. thanks for your reply!
i would like to know if osteopathy can also help me in this case or this is the job of only Chiropractor.
what do you mena by "CLASSIC SCIATICA"?
How many vist do i need w/ Chiropractor to overcome this pain?
Can i walk normaly again?
pls. answer these questions i am very much worried... thanks

ANSWER: Some osteopaths still do a little adjusting of the spine/pelvis in their office. But, b/c it is not the main focus, their experience and subsequent skills are often far below that of a skilled chiropractor that does exclusively spinal adjusting in practice.
Classic sciatica meaning it seems to be nothing more than pressure on the nerve from the spine/pelvis.

How many visits are involved depends on the exam/x-ray results, which vary from one individual to the next.

When the problem is corrected you should be walking normally again.

QUESTION: hello dr. first of all i would like to thank you for your responce.
I want to share my situation in detail where exatly i have pain.it is right on the sacroiliac joints on the left side only.when i try to press that part i feel tention all throug my leg. this tention was sever at early stage but good thing i dont feel that much pain in the leg.But only in that part of Joint.
after putting pressure on the joint i feel crak sound on my feet and it seems my leg is relaxed.
Do you think having massage on this joint or putting gentle pressure on it will solve the problem?
chiropractor is fully book near by me till October and i cannot wait that much. that why i want to see Ostephtay.
hope you can help me if I am right by putting pressure on these joint.
like to add i dont feel pain while sitting and laying.Only when i put weight on my left leg while standing and walking.

Answer
I can not change my recommendations.

You can try massage, osteopathy or anything else, but for the problem you have the only recommendation I can give is that of a skilled chiropractor. The rest is up to you.

Best of luck to you in whatever decision you make.
