Dear Bradley,  

If you have involuntary erections I am quite sure Viagra will work. I am a C4-C5 quadriplegic and it worked for me, but because I am on blood pressure medications the combination of the two gave me severe headaches so I stopped using Viagra. You may have to play with the dosage, but it did work for me. Good luck and I will keep good thoughts for you.
