Question
(This is not a spam question or a homework question)
I have a disability called cerebral palsy and I was wondering would you please explain to me in a simple way that I can understand: how came on occasions I stutter when I start to talk?

Thanks

Answer
The reason why is because your tongue muscles will spasm. Simply put they all want to work at the same time and don't want to wait their turn. Making speaking difficult. I hope that helps. Don't forget to rate my answer. Feel free to ask me other questions as they come up! I love helping!
