Question
alright.. so I am a 17 year old male and i have been "cracking" my back and occasionally my neck  since 8th grade, i am now a junior in highschool and i have been having symptoms for the past few months of feeling spacey and confused at times, i have had i guess u could say, pretty bad anxiety, but the only reason i ever obtain the anxiety in the 1st place i feel is because of the spacyness, i know anxiety can lead to spaceyness but what am i to do...if that's whats causing it in the 1st place........So my actual question is..Can the Spinal cord effect the central nervous system, or your seretonin levels etc.?

Answer
Tyler,
YES, the spinal cord is part of the CNS and the CNS controls and coordinates all cellular function in the body.  YES, the spinal cord is part of the CNS and the CNS controls and coordinates all cellular function in the body.
I wrote that line twice on purpose, I just wanted to make sure that you got it.  It is not good to try and manipulate your own spine.  I am a trained Doctor and I go to see someone else to get checked, I do not attempt to manipulate myself.
I am an Upper Cervical Specialist and I do not recommend manipulating your own neck, EVER.  I do not even recommend having your neck, manipulated by a general chiropractor.  I do recommend getting your cervical spine checked regularly by an Upper Cervical Specific Doctor.  This Doctor is trained to locate and to safely correct Nervous System Interference which is caused by The Upper Cervical Injury.
If you would like help in locating the proper trained professional, just send me your town and state, and I will reply with someone to go and visit.  Your life will never be the same again.
