Question
QUESTION: Dear team,
I have gradually developed pains my Back my neck in the right side and in my left hand and left calf. i am 23 years old now but my back pain and neck pain are persisiting since 8-10 years.

Once without any hit in my leg i developed pain in my left knee, i tried to treat it by X-rays, calcium, dexa scan etc. but except calcium all reports were ok.

Gradually i generated pain my left calf and knee was not so much. i tried curing it exercises, it provided me relief till i do exercise but as i stop it or just it gets skipped i get the pain very heavily specially back and neck.

I am not able to see any direction where to go, and my problem is getting worse.

Pls show me some way. really required.
Thanks

ANSWER: Calf pain may indicate a muscular type of pain, which may respond to soft tissue manipulation. A chiropractor, massage therapist, physical therapist, or acupuncturist may be able to assist you if the problem is muscular rather than a vascular disease.

The other joint pains that you describe may indicate arthritis. I recommend you see your family physician or a doctor of chiropractic for further evaluation.

Unfortunately, you didn't provide enough information for me to make more specific recommendations.

I hope this helps to answer your question.

Answer
In the absence of a vascular problem (that is, a problem with the blood vessels of the leg), your problem might simply be muscular in nature. You might have myofascial trigger points in the calf muscles. Trigger points are painful nodules that develop in taut bands of muscles due to muscular stress.

You might consider seeing a chiropractor who uses soft tissue manipulation techniques such as trigger point therapy, a massage therapist, or an acupuncturist.
