Question
Hi,

Im male 30 years of age.Whenever i lift my right leg past a certain point,on the way putting my leg back down the bottom right side of my spine makes a loud click/cracking sound, same thing when i do situps and go past a certain point. There is no pain untill the next day, then just above my right bum cheek hurts. 'Sometimes' i even get a hot spot/burning spot deep inside my inner right thigh and also feels like a throbbing tendon on the inner right thigh.

Its ok and doesnt bother me untill i work out doing situps or squats then the next day it hurts for days and sometimes weeks.

What could it be,its been this way since i was around 28,ive no history of accidents or anything.

Answer
it sounds like a pelvic misalignment, that's why you get clicking when you move the hip/ pelvis. you may also have a pinched nerve. go get that checked out ASAP. you don't want that to become chronic and get worse. you probably need a few chiropractic adjustments and some advice on proper stretching.
