Question
I will start at the beginning, please know, I understand some things may not have to do with the other, but I want you to know the whole picture.  thank you.

70 year old active female
2010 fell of my bike, landed on the bone, closest to rectum on left.  I began to feel that I was having pelvic floor pain.  difficulty rising and sitting, could not do steps at all, side walk curbs posed a problem.
all tests negative, neuro treated me for Athritis and siatica wake-up.

ortho gave me prednizone to put the athritis back to sleep, that had never previous troubled me. some discussion about the 4 and 5 disc degeneration.

now here come a new issue

its over one year, i am having such a terrible time finding a competent doctor, it appears nobody cares, they send you off for tests, precedures and/or another specialty and dont know who you are or what your problem is when you return.

had infestation in my auto.
feel very poor over 1 year, months  after my fall and auto infestation, the following all began at same time, itching body, growths all over chest and back, face looks like rosacia eye, ear and nose irritation. after several months , the following began complete body and joint pain, difficult rising and sitting. the next occurence is all my joints (elbows, knees, ankles toes and jaw) became painful and discolored, red, bluish puple, now my feet (toes, soles and heels) are fire red and very sore

I was a smoker, I quit because I am scared to death.
neuro has me on migraine meds for periph. neropothy
Poditry, said maybe Raynauds,
My dentist said, I have some autoimmuned thing going on according to the condition of my mouth and gums. ANA, Lupus, Sogrens RA and Lyme all came back ok.

I am having thyroid biopsy today.  the thyroid function test was ok, but the thyroglobulin was 55 ng/mL
I am mostly worried of my feet, so burning and sore,

because of my body and joint pain, I am thinking of going back to an ortho, I really need help and I am not getting it.
thank you very much

This Chicago, South Loop & Elmhurst Orthopedic Podiatrist of AnklenfootCenters.com says.......

Dear Elizabeth,
For your burning feet,
You never mentioned the cause of the neuropathies---ask the neurologist. You mentioned that you were taking a migraine medicine for your neuropathies.I personally like Neurontin-which can have the dose increased to decrease neuropathies and still be relatively safe.
If the neurologist does not have a good cause for your neuropathies-try a pain specialist who is an MD or DO Go see a rheumatologist to pinpoint the autoimmune disease. There are many variants which will produce the symptoms you describe-and are difficult to pinpoint with some labs.
Unfortunately a fall at any age-especially yours can knock you out of whack-but not to the point of all your symptoms. See the rheumatologist.

Hope This Helps!
and
Good Luck!
