Experiencing neck pain is most certainly not an enjoyable experience. In fact it is probably one of the most frustrating experiences you can go through because our neck plays a huge part of our daily lives. We use our neck in every single movement we do and if your neck pain is extremely bad then I would suggest you make an appointment with a chiropractor.
Below are the steps and tips you can follow to help cure your neck pain but please keep in mind that it is still important to see a doctor to find out the root cause of the pain and eliminate it.

Step #1: Wrap an ice pack in a hand towel and place it gently on the back of your neck or where the pain is.

Step #2: To cure your neck pain, try to sit with a good posture. If you are watching TV or sitting at your computer you want to be sure you are looking straight at it.

Step #3: Stretch out your neck daily. Move your head from a normal position forward and then back. Move it left and then back, and etc.

Step #4: If you must life any heavy objects then you must only lift with your legs andyou’re your back. This will avoid putting any stress on your neck.

Step #5: If you live in a colder climate or will be visiting someplace cold be sure to wear a scarf to keep your neck warm.

Step #6: Soaking your neck in a tub or bath with warm water to help cure naturally. Be sure to relax and try to empty out your stress.

Step #7: In order to sleep more comfortable, use a smaller pillow so your neck is not arched upwards. You want to keep your head leveled.

Again, be sure to see a doctor/chiropractor so they can figure out what the cause of your pain is, that is there job. There job is to find out the source of what is causing your pain and then eliminate it because if you don’t do that then the pain can possibly come right back.
