Question
i am 30 old guy working in a oil exploration company. I used to lift heavy equipment there. Recently 1 month ago i found back pain at the middle. Whenever i bend forward the pain starts. Otherwise normal. When x-ray was done, found loss of lumbar order. What does it mean? Can i fully recover from the pain? What are the measures i have to take in order to get cured. I used to play football, volley ball, bedminton.

Answer
Hello Debojit,
Sorry to hear about your pain in the middle of your back. I can only imagine how awful this must feel for you. I admit I am perplexed - In almost 28 years I have never heard the term "loss of lumbar order". Too bad I can't see the x-rays. I suggest that you visit a chiropractor to undergo a thorough assessment to determine just exactly what you are suffering from. This will be necessary to get some idea of if it can be corrected and the length of time of care necessary to do so.

Cheers!
