i am 32 years old and mother of 2 children. i have strong leg pain, neck shoulder hand pain and head ache. some times pain is radiating to jaws and teeth and i felin g head rotating. in x -ray loss of cervical lordosis spondylitical changes seen with marginal lipping with anterior osteophytosis, with preserved disc space can i have a serious illness? can i recover my health than before.generally with neck pain all of us has only hand pain. why have i pain all of my body including leg? please help[ doctor i am very much depressed in this age.plese .........

Loss of cervical lordosis is common and not considered a disease.  The spondylitic changes are part of osteoarthritis or joint degenerative changes.   Again, it likely is not enough to explain all of your pains.  These degenerative changes are likely inherited.  You need to see a doctor that specializes in joint pain and get an evaluation, preferably by a doctor of chiropractic.  So long as nothing bad is going on, then try some manual therapy.   If you suffer from depression, this is a significant factor in your perception of pain and it must be addressed by your medical physician.
