I've been treated by a number of chiropractors over the years and some of them tell me that they find and correct subluxations while others never mention the word.  How do you detect subluxtions?

Vertebral subluxations are detected by methods that are part of a chiropractic "analysis."   This is a term-of-art within the portion of the profession known as non-therapeutic straight chiropractic.
