Question
I am facing problem in the left side of the whole body. Its not exactly pain but uncomfortable on left side of body. Left side of body covering :- left side of head,face, neck, half back, hand and leg.
Left side of head is not able to tolerate high volume voice. when i am speaking i am feeling that left part of head is not working properly. Neck and half back of left side have slight pain.

Hand and leg of left side feel comfortable if i will keep on rest. or if i tied them with some tight cloth. otherwise i feel that i am not able to walk (with left leg) or hold anything (with left hand).

This problem is from last 5-6 days.

For your information : My sitting job is very much and also involve lot of computer work.  My memory is poor. Relevants file work remain in minds.

This si more than likely a Subluxation of one or more of your cervical vertsbrae or bones in your neck. This is when one or more of your vertebra gets out of position and pinches a nerve. These nerves exit your neck and distribute to your face neck arms and hands.
I highly suggest you get to chiropractor to see if this is in fact a pinched nerve any whether the chiropractor can help you or not.
