How To Deal With Chronic Pain

Once your tendons are irritated, any prior shoulder injury may trigger some rotator cuff discomfort. This sequence of events can cause something called icy shoulder that causes a lot of discomfort as the muscles remain swollen and can even trigger issues with sleep.

Many people experience knee discomfort at some point in their lives. The knee is one of the most used and overlooked joints in our bodies.

Knee discomfort can start from so many different areas such as an injury from sports and leisure activity, overuse, or could have happen from stepping off a ladder and landing on your foot wrong. A few years I had an issue with my ladder when I was coming down from the top of a short 6 foot ladder. My left foot was caught in a tarp three rungs from the floor and my right foot just coming down at the wrong angle. Of course that happens shortly after I thought, "How could anyone get injured from going up and down a ladder?"

In all cases of leg, knee and shoulder discomfort, deep tissue massage can help in loosening your tight muscles and increase the blood flow which also increases the oxygen flow which helps carry away any toxins or decaying cells.
