The 2 ESSENTIAL Lower Back Pain Exercise Steps

If you are looking to use lower back pain exercise, there are some vital things you need to know first. Too many people use exercise to only find it makes their back pain worse. There is so much information out there, it's confusing and you may end up using the wrong exercises. Why?

Okay, there are two goals for any back pain relief. First, you want to relieve back pain now, and second, you want to stop it returning.

Like I said, there is some essential information you need first. The first helps you to understand why you are exercising and what you must cover with any exercise. The other is the first step in any exercise regime (this is the ESSENTIAL step), one that most people forget which makes it harder to remove your back pain. With this information your exercise regime will improve your results dramatically.

One of your first goals is to relieve back pain. An admirable goal. If you are looking to any exercise to achieve this, then there are some missing bits of information. Such as, why are you exercising, what are you trying to achieve?

Lower back pain is created by both tight muscles and weak muscles, it is also caused by joints not moving properly. Any exercise you use must address these factors if you want to relieve back pain. Will one exercise do all this?

This is unlikely. This is why you need to use a lower back pain exercise program. One that covers all the factors creating your back pain. If not, then you will not eliminate all your lower back pain, leading you to a chance of chronic back pain.

Oh yeah, remember I said there was one essential step in any lower back pain exercise program. Well here it is...

You must first know where your back pain comes from. If you do not know which muscles are out of balance, if you do not know which joints aren't moving well and you do not know what type of distortion your spine and pelvis have - you are not going to be able to target the actual cause of your lower back pain.

Identifying where your lower back pain comes from is always the first and most important step. Once you know this, then you can use lower back pain exercise to help ease your pain. However, it should be used with other methods to make sure all the causative factors are removed.
