Other causes of back pain are abnormal postures. If your sitting or standing posture is not proper then you are exerting lot of pressure on your back. This can result in pain or may strain the back.

It is also very important to maintain good shoulder position. For a long time it should not be rounded over. Keep your back straight if your job requires you to sit for a long time and keep changing your sitting position. Also go for a walk in your free time.
