Burning Upper Back Pain: Prevention Measures

Posture

Listen to Your Back

Listening to your back and how it is reacting and what it is telling you is also very important. Lifting things away from your body is important and is much less likely to cause damage. Whenever you are picking up anything, you need to make sure that you get it as close to your body as possible, and keep it that way as you bring it up from the floor. Keep your back as straight as possible and do not twist it.
