Calcium is responsible for the power & strength of bones & teeth. Calcium deficiency causes week bones. After menopause calcium is a necessary thing for women body. Mostly insufficiency of calcium causes several type of arthritis.

Ingredients:

1.    Onion (small size)- 1 (minced)
2.    Extra-virgin olive oil- 1-2 tsp
3.    Dry white wine- ¼ cup
4.    Garlic cloves- 4 (chopped)
5.    Tomato- 1 2/8 ounce (minced)


6.    Drained capers- 1 tbsp
7.    Fresh parsley- 3 tbsp (diced)
8.    Oregano (dried)- ½  tbsp
9.    Salt- As per taste
10.    Dried basil- ½ tsp
11.    Ground pepper- According to taste
12.    Feta cheese- ½ cup (chopped finely)
13.    Orzo- 1 cup
14.    Medium size shrimp- 1 pound (skin removed)
15.    Ground red pepper – A pinch of
Direction:
•    At 450 degree F preheat the oven.
•    With the help of a cooking spray coat the baking dish in 9 by 13 inch.
•    Take a saucepan & heat oil on medium temperature.
•    Add the chopped onion along with the garlic.
•    Stir well for almost 4-5 minutes (till they get tender).
•    Now pour the wine & stir again.
•    Let it cook for almost 2 minutes.
•    Now pour the tomatoes along with the parsley, oregano, salt, basil, capers, red pepper & pepper.
•    Stir properly & allow it to cook for almost 5-10 minutes.
•    Now add the shrimp & cook well (till they turn pink in colour).
•    In boiling water cook orzo till they get soft, but not completely (for almost 9-10 minutes).
•    Remove water & place it in the organised baking dish.
•    Spread the shrimp-tomato sauce.
•    Scatter the feta along with leftover parsley on the top.
•    Put it in the baking oven uncovered & allow it to bake for almost 10-12 minutes.
