Practically there is no cure or treating Arthritis but it can be controlled from increasing and the pain can be treated. Keep in mind that the shoes you choose can have either a very good or a bad effect on your feet and the joints. If in case you are suffering from arthritis, choose the shoes which are comfortable and appropriate for our feet. Make sure that the sure shoes are easy to ear and remove as this would not put pressure on the joints. It is advisable for the patients suffering from arthritis to wear only the arthritic shoes. 

  1. Continuous work

If in case you have arthritis or suffer from any kind of joint pain, make sure that you never ever exert any joint of your body. Keep in mind that joints become weak in arthritis and cannot withstand pressure for a long time. So whatever work you do, don’t do it one go. Make sure that you provide yourself enough rest in between your work.
