Question
Hi, I have been getting pain, some times really bad pain in my left knee. The pain lasts about 2/3 hours on average. I'm not over weight I think, I'm 5'6 and 14 years old. The pain comes every couple of days.
What is this pain that i am getting do you think??

Hi Kerry,

Sorry to hear about your knee pain. It sounds like it might be "growing pains."  Often times with teenagers your joints (especially knees and ankles) will hurt because you are growing so fast.
