Mild loss of the Normal lordosis in the lower cervical levels
9/26 8:43:56

Question
can you tell me if accupuncture will help this.
Mild loss of the normal lordosis in the lower cervical levels.  The vertebrae appear otherwise normal with no evidence of degenerative change or fracture.
thanks.

Answer
Acupuncture may be able to help with some of the symptoms associated with loss of lordosis but I am not aware of any research supporting that it will do anything to affect the curve. Visiting a chiropractor who is versed in techniques like Pettibon, Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP), or techniques that deal with the restoration of curves would be my suggestion.
