Spinach Smoothie : A nice source of energy

It can lower the risk of atherosclerosis. It can act as an antioxidant & is able to fight against cancer. Spinach is a natural energy booster. This fibre supplier can decrease the constipation related problems & also improve your immune system. Spinach has potential to fight against age related eye ailments. It is also recommended for patients suffering from asthma, migraine, arthritis etc.

Ingredients:
1.    Fresh spinach
2.    Papaya (large)- ½
3.    Parsley- 1 handful
4.    Orange juice (freshly squeezed)- 4
5.    Banana- 1-2
6.    Dandelion root- 1 handful

Direction:
•    Wash the spinach in warm water & put it in the blender.
•    Add the dandelion root along with papaya & parsley. Blend for a few seconds.
•    Pour the orange juice & banana.
•    Blend the whole ingredients properly until you get the complete smooth liquid.
•    Transfer from the blender & pour in the freezer container.
•    Place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours & serve chilled.
