What is sacroiliac joint pain? It is an arthritis pain locally felt at the lower back in the hips area. It is often aggravated by carrying loads or doing repetitive and prolonged activities such as prolonged sitting or factory jobs. How much do you know with this kind of pain? Let's discuss it here in this article.

Let's discuss arthritis first. Rheumatoid arthritis or RA is a chronic and progressive disease of the joints precipitated by age. It goes out as a person grows older and continuous wearing out of the affected joints. Though this problem comes along with age, there are still factors that could increase the risk or potential to have this problem. They are lifestyle, salty diet, improper exercise, rheumatoid problems, cigarette smoking, alcohol abuse and family history of joint problems.

Symptoms of Arthritis include pain in local areas like thumb joint pain, hand joints pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, hips pain and what where discussing right now, sacroiliac pain. Other symptoms include body fatigue and malaise, fever and flu-like symptoms.

Arthritis is treated by relieving its primary symptom - PAIN. It is done through medicines, pains relievers, anesthetics and home remedies. The most common drug used for alleviating arthritis pain is Analgesic. Though pain is relieved, this doesn't mean that arthritis is cured or reversed.

Some people choose to undergo procedures that could reverse the disease. These procedures are often invasive and require surgery. They fix the damaged joint and sometimes replace with an artificial one. Though this one can be very costly but guarantees lifetime undamaged joints.

Some people prefer to use supplements for their arthritis. Some supplements offer formulas that would give enough lubrication of joints to prevent further damage or breakdown. This will promote general joints health as well as prevents symptoms that would hinder their activities. But whenever you want to try one, be sure to first consult your doctor.
