Joint Pain Tips
1.Usually Joint pain is felt more in the morning. Apply some ointment on the affected area before going to bed everyday.

2.Apply Eucalyptus oil where there is pain. Steam the affected area or dip a towel in boiling water, twist the water out from the towel and apply it to the affected area.
3.Simple exercises in Yoga, Cycling, Swimming, Walking etc. can control the pain. Keep the exercises simple and do not overexert. Doing exercises standing in chest level water also improves the pain.
4.Proper posture should be maintained while sitting, walking and lying down.
5.If overweight, control weight by reducing food and doing exercises.
6.Have one tea spoon of cod liver oil every day-Stick to the one tsp measure. Avoid use of too much pain killers especially those containing narcotic and sleeping tablets.
7.Have lots of fruits containing Vitamin C like Guava, Oranges, and Gooseberries. Try avoiding milk and potatoes.

Home Remedies for Joint Pain
To provide relief from joint pain, make the habit of drinking papaya seed tea. All you need to do is boil a cup of water and drop in papaya seeds. After 5 minutes, strain the papaya seeds and drink the tea. At least 6 cups of papaya seed tea for 2 to 3 weeks will surely take that joint pain away.
If you’re joint pain is caused by arthritis, it best to use turmeric powder. Just put half of a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of warm water. Take this at least three times in a day. You can also substitute water with milk.
Avoid eating food which contains high amounts of uric acid. Lessen your consumption of meat, peanuts, beans, sardines, beef kidneys, anchovies, oatmeal, and green peas. Bananas are good for the joints.
You can also prepare a mixture of camphor, methyl salicylate, eucalyptus oil, and menthol. Rub the mixture on affected area. In no time, you will feel relief from the pains of your joints.
Another home remedy for joint pain is doing alternating hot and cold compresses. Applying hot followed by a cold compress to the affected area is a good treatment for joint pain.
